On the first Friday of each month all our CrossFit classes are free for our community, and non-members are more than welcome to drop-in to work up a sweat with our community!

#2 LEARN THE BASICS

To join our classes, everyone must complete a Fundamentals course.

 

Our course will teach you the core movements so you can enter classes with the skills, confidence and knowledge to excel.

#3 JOIN CLASSES

Once you've completed our Fundamentals course, you're ready to train in our CrossFit, Sweat! and Weightlifting classes!
