STEP #1

Everyone starts their CrossFit journey with our Fundamentals course. Over three sessions we'll teach you the core movements and expose you to some light training to prepare your body for classes. 

 

Each session will involve a warm-up, some light weightlifting, a workout and cool-down, all of which will be modified to your current fitness level. Our classes are no different - everything is tailored to you, and you don't need any experience to get started.

If you're a little nervous about starting CrossFit, we promise our Fundamentals course will give you the skill set to enter classes confident.

We pride ourselves on offering world-class training at competitive rates.
