CrossFit Kids is a fun and energetic strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids aged 9-12. In a group setting, our goal is to help children develop self-confidence, social skills, resilience, and most importantly, a lifelong love of fitness.
With fun and engaging workouts, we can deliver measurable results and prepare kids for well-rounded movement and strength for life. No two sessions are the same so kids never get bored, and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about movement and fitness. We cover pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping movements, and all of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.
Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM.
