We believe fitness is more than jumping on a treadmill to work up a sweat - it's about strengthening the body and mind so you can get out there, seek new adventures and live a life without limits.

In our 3,000 sq. ft. facility, you won't find the regular training machines. Instead, we focus on moving your body through functional movements - the way your body was designed to move, and our classes combine elements of cardio, weight training and gymnastics in a creative mix so training never gets stale.

Here, you’ll never feel lost, alone or confused about what exercises to do or how to do them. That’s because our membership includes a lot more than just a room full of equipment.  Whether you’re looking for group classes or private training, we’ll take care of everything—just show up ready to move and let the transformation begin.

 

  TRAINING PROGRAMS 

FITNESS

45 minute Sweat! classes that incorporate light weights, cardio and bodyweight movements to build your aerobic base, maximise fat burning and develop a toned physique.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Constantly varied, functional movement at relatively high intensity. Our 60-minute CrossFit classes combine weights, gymnastics and cardio to improve all overall fitness.

 AGE-SPECIFIC 

AGES 9-12

Whilst helping kids create new friendships and have fun along the way, our kids program develops overall fitness in a safe, engaging environment.
